STRESZCZENIE

Opierając się na raporcie z przypadku klinicznego, kompleksowa rehabilitacja młodego pacjenta z ubytkami twardych tkanek zębowych, spowodowanych abrazją i erozją stanowi część nowej metody leczenia. Dzięki zastosowaniu technik CAD/CAM i materiału Telio CAD można przez długi czas kontrolować podniesienie zwarcia i całego projektu rekonstrukcji, gwarantując tym sposobem większą przewidywalność przyszłego uzupełnienia z dwukrzemianu litu (LS2).

SUMMARY

Based on the report of a case, the complex rehabilitation of a young patient with defects of the dental hard tissues of abrasive and erosive origin is described, as part of a new therapeutic method. Thanks to the previous use of restorations carried out with the CAD/CAM system and the material Telio CAD, it was possible to introduce a more prolonged control of the restoration of the vertical dimension of the occlusion and of the reconstruction project, thus ensuring a high predictability for future final glass-ceramic restorations in lithium disilicate (LS2).
