STRESZCZENIE
Omawiany przypadek dotyczy pacjenta w wieku 76 lat, który posiadał stałe uzupełnienie w szczęce, oparte na naturalnych zębach i implantach oraz częściowe braki zębowe w żuchwie z zachowanymi kilkoma zębami, dotkniętymi chorobą przyzębia (ryc. 1a).

SUMMARY
The case under consideration concerns a patient of 76 years who has a upper fixed rehabilitation on natural teeth and implants, and a partially edentulous jaw with some residual teeth periodontally compromised (Fig. 1a).
