Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawiono kompletne postępowanie laboratoryjne, od modelowania wax-up do ostatecznego uzupełnienia. Zostały także zaprezentowane wszystkie etapy analogowe (modelowanie wax-up, odbudowa warstwowa ceramiką Noritake CZR) w połączeniu z etapami cyfrowymi (skanowanie modeli i projektowanie struktur). Szczegółowo omówiono istotne momenty, pozwalające na uproszczenie tradycyjnych technik pracy bez utraty jej jakości. Kolor dobrano przy pomocy wypalonej próbki testowej, pomocnej podczas przygotowywanie uzupełnienia ostatecznego. Po wygojeniu tkanek miękkich i po ponownym opracowaniu czterech filarów pobrano wstępne wyciski.

Summary
The author will show all the laboratory stages step by step, from the wax-up to the definitive product, and illustrate analog steps (wax-ups, stratification with Noritake Czr ceramic) associated with digital images (scans and designs of structures). He will also highlight key steps that will be used to simplify the traditional working techniques, while ensuring that the result is still predictable. A study of the colour will be carried out through the realization of a test sample, and once we have approved it we will proceed to the creation of the definitive crowns. After the periodontal health is restored and the reprocessing of the four prosthetic pillars has been carried out, we proceed with the preliminary impression taking.
