STRESZCZENIE
Onlay to uzupełnienie, które zastępuje dużą objętość brakujących struktur zęba, obejmujące 1 lub więcej guzków na zębach trzonowych lub przedtrzonowych. Uzupełnienia te są wykonywane w laboratorium, a następnie cementowane w ustach pacjenta przez lekarza dentystę. Nakłady coraz częściej zastępują korony w planach leczenia, ponieważ z natury są od nich bardziej zachowawcze. W tym artykule wyjaśniam, w jaki sposób estetyczny onlay z materiału GC Cerasmart zostaje wykonany z wykorzystaniem wycisków, modeli gipsowych, cyfrowego skanowania modeli, projektowania CAD, frezowania, barwienia i glazurowania, a następnie cementowania.

SUMMARY
Onlays are restorations that replace a large amount of missing tooth structure involving 1 or more cusps on molars or premolars, which are fabricated in the laboratory and then cemented by the dentist. More and more, onlays are replacing full coverage crowns in treatment plans due to always being more conservative than them in nature. In this article, I explain how a natural-looking GC Cerasmart onlay was fabricated via analog impressions, the pouring of 2 models, the digital scanning of those models, CAD design, milling, staining and glazing, and then cementation.
